Since implementing ISO 9001 into our Quality Management System in 1998, our return rate has decreased annually, ensuring that we remain competitive within the industry and create overall value that includes the highest quality products available. Our Research & Development team, led by some of the most experienced people in the industry, focuses on new product development, enhancing capabilities, engineering product solutions, and quality assurance.
All quality systems and procedures are reviewed and monitored regularly to ensure precise control and traceability. Before leaving our facility, every cartridge must pass a rigorous print test evaluation. No product or solution will be delivered to the customer until its quality and conformance to customer specifications can be assured.
