Senior Management


Tom Day, CEO
Thomas Day led a small group of investors in an acquisition of West Point Products from it's founders in December 1998, and he has been running the company for the past 11 years. Prior to the acquisition of West Point Products, he accumulated 11 years experience in accounting, finance, and operations. He held various management positions in the finance and production control departments of a steel company, a controllership position with a refractory company, an served as a financial auditor of a "Big 4" public accounting firm (4 years). He received a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1988.

Joe Lucot, President & COO
Joe Lucot has been President/COO of West Point Products since 2008 and has served on West Point Products Board of Directors since 1998. Prior to joining West Point Products, Joe was the Vice President, Controller and Chief Information Officer of a Fortune 100 Company, where he also held senior positions in various operating units. Joe received his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and his Graduate degree from Duke University.

Charlie Fitzgerald, VP Business Development
Charlie Fitzgerald has been with West Point Products since 2005 and is currently the Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining West Point Products, Charlie began working in the imaging industry in 1992, and has held key sales management positions in industry leading companies. Charlie has an undergraduate degree from Westfield State College in Massachusetts.

Keith McKerley, VP Sales
Keith McKerley is the Vice President of Sales in the US. Keith joined West Point Products in 2006. He has 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and sales management in the imaging business. The past 11 years have been focused in the aftermarket imaging supplies business. Keith received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.

Brent Sallee, VP Finance & Information
Brent Sallee has been with West Point Products since 2004 and is currently the Vice President of Finance and Information. Prior to joining West Point Products, Brent worked for a CPA firm in which his primary responsibilities included the management and coordination of selected audit, review and tax engagements. Brent has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California University of Pa.

Aldo Spensieri, VP Sales (Canada)
Aldo Spensieri is the Vice President of Sales for West Point Products Canada and Vice President of Marketing corporate. He has been involved in the data products and printer supplies aftermarket industry for close to 25 years, the last 9 years focused specifically in the cartridge remanufacturing industry. He has been instrumental in the development and successful implementation of WPP's Axess Managed Print Services Program.

Bill Bjork, Director of Quality & Product Development
Bill Bjork joined West Point Products in January 2009 with more than 30 years experience in the Office Products and Recharger industries, and is now the company's Director of Quality and Product Development. In this diverse role, Bill works closely with West Point Products Production and Quality teams, guiding the company's continued commitment to quality. In previous roles with Standard Register and NCR, Bill held responsibility for a number of different functions, from Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to Business Development. Bill holds a BA from Western Illinois University.

Ron Dille, Director of Empty Core Operations
Ron Dille began his career with West Point Products in 1978 in the company's ribbon department. Since that time, Ron has taken on numerous management roles in the company, building experience not only in cartridge remanufacturing functions but also in computer and printer repair. Ron became West Point Products' Director of Operations in 2000, then subsequently moved to the company's Washington, PA distribution center where he oversees the company's core collection process and operations in both the United States and Canada.

Bill Ferrari, Director of Manufacturing
William (Bill) Ferrari joined West Point Products in 2008 as Director of Manufacturing. In this role, Bill has responsibility for manufacturing and material/inventory for West Point Products' US and Canadian operations. Prior to joining West Point Products, Bill held several senior management level positions at remanufacturing and manufacturing companies in the automotive, industrial and consumer markets. Bill holds an undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a post-graduate certificate from the University of Pittsburgh.

Scott MacKenzie, Director of Marketing and Market Analysis
Scott MacKenzie is the Director of Marketing and Market Analysis for West Point Products. A recognized industry speaker and contributing editor to a number of trade publications, MacKenzie joined the West Point Products team in January, 2009 as Manager of Market Analysis, aussuming the Director's position in November, 2009. In his role at West Point, MacKenzie is responsible for West Point Products' marketing initiatives as well as market research and analysis, working closely with the firm's senior management team. MacKenzie holds an honors degree in English and economics from the University of Toronto, and a post-graduate certificate in marketing management. He is a 2012 MBA candidate at the Rotman School of Management in Toronto, Canada.

Jackie Jamison, Manager of Sales Operations
Jackie Jamison began her career with West Point Products more than 20 years ago in the company's ribbon department. Since that time, Jackie has built a solid reputation in the imaging aftermarket, having served in West Point Products Customer Service Department before moving into Management positions in Customer Service, Sales, and Sales Operations. In her current position as Manager of Sales Operations, Jackie is responsible for shaping the West Point Products customer experience, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement throughout the company.

Bryan Littleton, Corporate Sales Manager
Bryan Littleton joined West Point Products in 2007 in the role of corporate Sales Manager. Bryan is a veteran of the aftermarket imaging industry, having served in sales management for a major raw materials vendor since 1995. Bryan also has experience in manufacturing (Ingersoll-Rand) and high-tech semiconductor sales (AMKOR Technologies). Educational background includes the University of North Carolina (Political Science, 1981) and Sandhills Community College (Business Administration, 1978).
